Yes. Khởi Đầu is free: essential POS and reports within the free quota. Free plans and trials never turn into paid plans automatically.
Prepay 6 months to save 4%, or 12 months to save 10%, on eligible subscription fees. Discounts do not stack and do not apply to setup, hardware, AI usage above quota or Meta Ads budgets.
No. Camera AI is an option quoted per camera / processing hour, and hardware is purchased separately — you may reuse compatible equipment you already own.
No. Signed prices and rights hold until the end of your term; a new policy applies from the next term.
Days 0–30 after expiry: view and export. Days 31–60: view and export only. Days 61–90: cold storage. After day 90, data is deleted with prior warning, subject to legal exceptions.
Stores, chains and staff
- One manager and four staff are not counted as five licences by default — you pay only for the rights and capacity you buy.
- Twelve stores are priced by active outlets, chain rights, fan pages and cameras — not twelve Communication packages when a shared workspace and quota are valid.
- Several directors or regional managers: basic viewing and approval are not charged per seat by default; advanced management follows the agreed scope.
- Several legal entities or franchisees: contracts, data, reports and invoices are kept separate per entity, with no mixing of revenue.
Payment, rights and data
- Prepay 6 months to save 4%, or 12 months to save 10%, on eligible subscription fees. Setup, hardware, AI usage above quota and Meta Ads budgets are not discounted.
- Signed prices and rights hold until the end of the term; a new policy applies from the next term.
- Free plans and trials never convert to paid plans automatically.
- Facebook connections depend on the Meta API and the permissions Meta grants.
